Lewis was discharged from the Army on 23 Jan 1919 because of a Gastric Ulcer and Wounds. At the time of his discharge he was in the Hollymoor Military Hospital, Northfield, Birmingham. He was given Silver Badge number 673921 On 19 Jan 1923 Lewis died of Pulmonary Tuberculosis at the Bramcote [Tuberculosis] Sanatorium near Nuneaton. |
