Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)
Henry's register of effects states that he died of flu. As he is buried it means that he would have died at one of either the 9th, 24th or 39th Casualty Clearing Stations which were based at Montecchio Precalcino.
The war diaries for the Italian campaign are not yet available online.
