Circumstances of Death

On 19 June 1916 Percy was discharged from the army having been diagnosed with diabetes that had manifested itself in April 1916.  He was given the Silver Badge.

On 21 Jun 1918 Percy died at home, 39 Albert St, Warwick, of Phthisis, more commonly known as Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
