In February 1897 George Phipps of Dry Sandford was ordered to pay 1s 6d per week to Rose Ann Wiblin of Cumnor until the child was 16.
In August 1897 George Phipps of Dry Sandford was charged with being 15s in arrears of a Bastardy Order in favour of Rose Ann Wiblin
In 1902 Horace's mother Rose Annie Wiblin married Charles Edward Woolloff at Hinton Waldrist
