Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)           

Frank enlisted on his 18th birthday - 18 days before the end of the war. He died of Acute Appendicitis, we believe onboard his ship HMS Spear. He was later buried in Haidar Pasha, Turkey.
