Circumstances of Death

William is listed as dying of wounds on 20th October 1916 and he was buried in Grove Town Cemetery which at that time was used by 34th and 2/2nd London Casualty Clearing Stations to bury their dead. We have not been able to confirm on which day William was wounded.
