Circumstances of Death

Thomas was discharged from the Army on 16th April 1917 due to ill health caused by Phlebitis. He was given Silver Badge number 159506 Thomas, now an Army Pensioner, died of Arterio Sclerosis, Heart disease and Brochitis on 22nd February 1918 at his home, 16 Cross Street, Leamington Spa.
