Circumstances of Death

Samuel died of Pneumonia on 5th November 1918 at 32 Birmingham Road, Stratford on Avon and was later buried in a military grave at Stratford-upon-Avon Cemetery.

We have not been able to find Samuel's medal card or Register of Effects and therefore cannot comment on whether he served aboard or when he may have enlisted.
