Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)
Although we cannot confirm it the most likely days that Henry was wounded was either the 1st October 1916 when the war diary states the forward dressing station was under constant shelling all day or the 2nd October two stretcher bearers were wounded. He died at one of either the 36th, 38th or 2/2 London Casualty Clearing Stations.
