Circumstances of Death

Job enlisted at Warwick on 20th March 1914 and was stationed at Parkhurst Barracks on the Isle of Wight.  On 6 Oct 1914 he was diagnosed with ‘tubercle of the lung’ and was subsequently discharged on 9th November 1914 as he was unfit to serve. He died at home near two years later on 9 Oct 1916 of tuberculosis.
